Shipping Within the USA We ship all orders within the United States via United Parcel Service (UPS), and offer standardized shipping structures on UPS Ground and UPS 2 Day Air Services. Our objective is to provide our customers with firm shipping rates on all products. Unfortunately, we are unable to do this for UPS Next Day Services. All Next Day shipments will be billed at actual costs charged to us by UPS. Call our sales line at 800-433-6326 for more details. UPS Ground Shipping Our default shipping on all orders within the continental United States
is via UPS Ground. All orders placed online for all products on our
online catalog qualify for a flat shipping fee of $8.95 per order. Orders from Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico cannot be shipped via UPS Ground. The default shipping for orders from these states will be UPS 2 Day Air (which will be charged additional as indicated below). UPS 2 Day Shipping UPS 2nd Day Shipping on all products will be additional, and will be charged at the rate of $11.95 per order plus $8 per product ordered. For example, if your order includes 3 items, UPS 2nd Day shipping charges on your order will be $11.95 + (3 x $8) = $35.95. Please note that these UPS 2nd Day shipping rate WILL NOT APPLY to heavy/ high value products like Projectors, Notebook Computers, or large Graphic Tablets. UPS 2 Day Shipping on Projectors, Notebook Computers, and large Graphic Tablets will be charged additional at actuals, and will not be based on the shipping charges indicated above. UPS Next Day Air UPS Next Day Air & UPS Next Day Saver consignments will be shipped at actual cost. Shipping to Canada Genesis Technologies Inc. now offers shipping to Canada on selected products in our catalog. Please note all prices (including shipping charges) are in US Dollars. Orders will be billed in US Dollars. Each product in our catalog carries a "Can Ship To:" identifier. If you see If you see We offer two shipping options to Candian customers on our online store. These are UPS International Standard and US Express Mail. Customers wishing to get UPS Expedited or UPS Express service can call us at 800-433-6326 and place your order by phone. (For example, if your order is for 1 software product, the shipping cost will be US$15.95. If you order has 5 software products and 1 graphic tablet, the shipping cost via UPS International Standard will still remain US$15.95) NOTE: Genesis Technologies Inc. only charges customers for the price of products sold and shipping charges. Customers in Canada are directly responsible for duties, taxes and brokerage charges as applicable. These charges are directly payable by you.
