FXHome Imerge Pro 4 - the world’s first non-destructive Raw Image Compositor

FXHome Imerge Pro 4 is the first software of its kind to edit and composite RAW images without compression or loss of quality. Featuring a streamlined user interface, Imerge offers smart tools and effects to help photographers create high-quality compositions lightning-fast Includes over 52 powerful filters, world-class keying technology and 16-bit color processing.

FXHome Imerge Pro 4 – Workflow:

  • Non-Destructive. Imerge Pro keeps changes live and color data RAW. With 16-bit color processing, it retains the full range of colors and gradients.
  • Raw Decoding & Processing. Imerge Pro has a powerful bespoke RAW engine that’s GPU accelerated, giving you lightning-fast speed RAW decoding and processing.
  • Getting Started. Imerge Pro’s homescreen automatically finds and displays all projects on your system. For new projects, set your own canvas resolution and shape or quickly choose from presets.
  • Preview. Full quality preview on a second screen, with all interface elements hidden.
  • Flexible Layers. Imerge Pro has zero baked-in changes. Its flexible layers let you undo, redo, add and subtract from your layers at any time.
  • Layer Content. Layers can hold multiple images or text items for every variation and provide the ability to export all the combinations.
  • Exporting. File formats can picked from export presets and be adjusted to control the compression used.
  • Objects. Within the ‘Insert Objects’ menu, quickly search  for contents, effects and masks, all inside a layer.

FXHome Imerge Pro 4 – Effects:

  • Mix & Match. Users can create different versions of a final composite by selecting multiple foregrounds and backgrounds, and letting Imerge Pro mix them together.
  • Intelligent Masks. There are 5 types of masks available in Imerge Pro:
    • Gradient
    • Area
    • Vector
    • Image Luminance (intelligent)
    • Image color selection (intelligent)
  • Creative Filters & Effects. 52 powerful filters included
  • Surface Blur. Surface Blur locates edges within the layer, and applies a blur to the areas between the edges, while leaving the edge detail intact.
  • Threshold. Converts the image to a two-tone color scheme, by colorizing the darkest areas to one color, and the brightest areas to another color.
  • Spill Removal. Imerge Pro’s automatic Spill Suppression neutralizes the shade and reduces unwanted green spill outline on a keyed image.
  • Chroma Key. Effortlessly key out people and objects with no lingering green edges.
  • Color Difference Key. The Color Difference Key removes color from images that contain transparent or semi-transparent areas, such as smoke, shadows, or glass for a detailed and realistic key.
  • Color Adjustment. Use Color Adjustment to tweak the colours of anything in your image.
  • Chromatic Aberration. Give your images stylized looks by creating an offset between the color channels in your image.
  • Displacement. Distort an image to match the contours of the layer below using the color or tonal data.
  • Glow. Glow gives images subtle or vibrant lighting effects.
  • Highpass Sharpen. Allows you to sharpen images easily using highpass filtering.
  • Long Shadow. Add realistic shadows to objects you are compositing in.
  • Highpass. Applies a highpass filter to the image to improve sharpening.
  • Luminance Key. Remove fire and explosions from black or white backgrounds with the Luminance key that’s designed to select pixels that need to be semi-transparent.
  • Colorize Black & White. An effect which is used to apply a color or a gradient of color to a black and white image.
  • Clip & Knockout Blend Modes. Using an alpha clipping region, you can  either restrict what comes through from the layers below or punch through the layers below.
  • Hue Colorize. Allows you to recolor the image to  a single hue, or to blend the selected hue with the original image colors.
  • Keystone Correction. Allows you to correct perspective distortions in your image, to ensure that vertical lines are truly vertical.
  • Matte Cleaner. Gives you the tools to refine and clean up pre-keyed images.
  • Remove Stock Background. Remove white or black backgrounds from stock photos.
  • Rotational Motion Blur. A simulated motion blur, based on rotational movement of the layer.
  • Outline. Creates a solid line along the edges of the layer.
  • Dehaze. Dehaze removes atmospheric effects such as mist so you can avoid washed out looking composites.
  • Clarity. Sharpen fine details in your image such as fabric, foliage and hair with detail and sharpening tools.
  • Shadow & Highlights. Correct images, enhance contrast and fix exposure using Shadows & Highlights
  • Lots & Luts of Options. Create your own custom grade inside the software, or import your favorite LUTs for the perfect look in no time at all.
  • Clouds. Generate a randomized fractal pattern simulating the appearance of clouds. This is most commonly combined with other effects to produce computer-generated patterns and textures.
  • Light Wrap. Use Light Wrap to add realism to your subject by simulating light sources in the background wrapping around the edges.
  • Quad Warp. Reposition the corners of a layer individually, to alter its perspective or to alter the scale of its contents non-uniformly. The effect provides controls for each individual corner of the layer.
  • Scan Lines. Creates a consistent pattern of light and dark lines. Effective for replicating the look of television or other electronic displays, or creating a pattern for graphic purposes.
  • Sharpen. Increase micro contrast around fine edges on the image, which causes the edges stand out more and appear to be in sharper focus.
  • Tone Coloring. Tone coloring applies hue shifts to specific tonal ranges of your layer. Unlike Color Adjustment, which applied adjustments based on color selections, Tone coloring alters color based on tonal sections, or luminosity.
  • Pattern Overlay. Enables you to apply another image as an overlay onto the layer contents. The selected image is applied as a tile pattern, so it always fills the entire contents of the layer.
  • Remove Color Matting. Use the Remove Color Matting tool to remove unwanted color around the edges of a composited element while still retaining transparency in those edge areas.
  • Saturation Editor. The Saturation Editor is optimized for fine tuning the intensity of each color in the layer. It uses a curve to control the saturation of different colors.
  • Vignette. Subtly or dramatically darken the edges of your frame using this effect. Vignettes help to naturally draw the viewer’s eye toward the center of the frame, and your subject.
  • White Balance. Correct the color of inaccurate whites with this tool. You can also use it to warm or cool the colors in the image overall. You can manually correct the white balance using the temperature and tint sliders, but it is usually faster and more effective to start by setting the neutral color.
  • Radial Gradient. Use a Radial Gradient to blend one center color to another color at the outside of the radius.
  • Zoom Blur. This effect works by blurring the image outward from a specified center point. It creates a similar effect to quickly extending a zoom lens during an exposure.
  • Black & White. Convert your image to black and white or reduce the saturation of your image with full control over the luminosity of specific colors.
  • Beach Bybass. This effect makes your image dramatic, with high contract and low saturation.
  • Channel Viewer. Quickly exchange individual channels in your image to inspect your color space channels.
  • Color Overlay. Add a color to all the pixels in an image without affecting the alpha channel so the shape of your image will be retained.
  • Curves. Curves are a powerful tool for adjusting colors and tones within your image. The histogram displays all the values present and can be edited with the curved line.
  • Directional Blur. This effect blurs the image in a specific, user-defined direction.
  • Exposure. Recover blown out highlights with a simple slider using Imerge Pro’s impressive exposure effect.
  • Outer Glow. Applies a glow effect to the outside of the layer’s edges. The glow is applied as a gradient, which fades out as it reaches further from the edges of the image.
  • Gaussian Blur. A simple blur which blends each pixel with the pixels surrounding it on all sides, to a radius defined by the user.
  • Grain. Add grain to match grain in other composites, artificially age an image or for artistic purposes.
  • Inner Glow. Applies a glow effect to the inside of the layer’s edges.
  • Invert. Invert individual channels of the image. By default all color channels are inverted, which inverts the entire image.
  • Levels. Levels give you detailed information about the channel composition of the layer through the Histogram. This histogram shows information about the image just before the effect is applied.
  • Linear Gradient. Create the perfect sunset look, or give your image some more depth with our linear gradient effect.
  • Noise. Add noise to match grain in other composites, artificially age an image or for artistic purposes.
  • Pixelate. Hide a specific area with the Pixelate effect, making it look far lower resolution and blowing up the size of the pixels.
