Flexible Purchasing Options
HelloSign for Business is now available in two great flavors - HelloSign Standard, and HelloSign Premium.
HelloSign Standard:
- Annual Subscription User Licenses - Each user can send an unlimited number of documents for signature during the subscription period.
- Prepare & Send - Upload the document that needs to be signed from your computer or cloud storage account to HelloSign. Next, you will drag-and-drop the fields you want to be signed. Finally, add the signer's email address and click send for signature.
- Sign - Your signer will receive an email notification with a link to sign your document on their computer or any mobile device. After the signer has completed their step, the signed document will be available in your HelloSign account immediately.
- Manage - HelloSign provides a dashboard for you to track the progress of signature requests, send reminders to signers, and view all signed documents. You can also customize the branding and manage the access of your team members inside your account settings.
- Flexible Signer Flows - Sign documents yourself or request signatures from up to 20 different people in any order, or all at once.
- Business Class Features - Team management tools give you the ability to add, remove or upgrade team members easily. Add professional touches like branding, a logo, tagline, and more. Use templates to automate repetitive signature requests.
- Bank Level Security - All documents use SSL encryption during file transit. For document storage we utilize secure server infrastructure hosted at a state-of-the-art Tier III, SSAE-16 certified data center with ISO 27001 certification.
HelloSign Premium:
- Includes all core features - HelloSign Premium includes all the core features of HelloSign Standard. Hellosign Premium adds a few great features best suited for customers who send a larger volume of documents for signature.
- Multi-Teams - With Multi teams, a single administrator can set up multiple team groups under one HelloSign account (for example, Sales, Purchasing, Human Resources, etc..). While the administrator can manage all teams - each team will have its own group of users, and these users will not be able to see other team's documents or information.
- Advanced Fields - More options and greater flexibility in creating your signature documents and templates.
- Bulk Send - Bulk send allows users to send out a large amount of requests to different signers at one time. So instead of having to send out these requests one by one, you can send them out in batches of 250. Important things to note, bulk send requests must be done with a template and can only be for single signers.
